67. Not true...

At this time his ballot is considered provisional. The provisional ballots can be contested up to 10 days post election or counted up to 10 days after the election in the State of Ohio. I am a polling judge in Ohio and when someone votes provisionally in the precinct I am working we tell them they should contact the BOE within 10 days to confirm their ballot will be counted.
