5 investment banks have been named as participating. Also the Koch Brothers are buying huge supplies and storing them in tankers offshore. By increasing the demand, they wait for the price to increase and sell at a profit. You remember the Koch Brothers, Mr. Boehner. They contribute to many of your Republican politicians to make sure their (the Koch Brothers) interests are protected.
