His father was head of the "LDS FOUNDATION" so his dad was somewhat of a big-shot in the church.

He told me that if you rob a bank and dont get caught, and donate the money to the Mormon church, then it is gods will. If you rob a bank and donate the money to the church, but you get caught for it, it was not gods will, thus you should be punished for it. He had a name for it, but I can't remember what it was.

Translation: it's a sin to get caught.
