They may be uninsured. But if they work they will be sent to collections, and have their paychecks garnished. I think healthcare fees should be paid by all, with incentives to live healthy, on a sliding scale.

My friend got sick, and went to an emergency room. We think he got bit by a spider but we don't know what made him sick.

His bill was $10,000 for one day in the hospital.

His wages were garnished.
