Must be 15 years for local, went in and sat around until noon, had lunch, came back and sat for another half hour, then was sent home.

Got called for federal petit jury, but never actually had to go in, just called the number and listened for my juror number the night before to see if i would be called in.

So this post is entirely unhelpful, as I never made it to the point of swearing (beyond the "dammit fuck!" I muttered when we were let go).

I did testify in a felony robbery trial 8 years ago and they didn't have a bible or anything when I swore in as a witness.
