lie there in the casket while people walk by and say how good they look. Pretty much like everyone else

Havevyou been to any funerals? I've been to many including my mother and my fathers.

I'd bet a good many funerals for atheists are co-opted by their religious families.

My atheist grandparents left strict instructions - cremation, no memorial service of any kind.
