9. How long until cities are LED white instead of high or low pressure sodium orange?

The place where I grew up started out with soft white incandescent streetlights, then it was hideous mercury vapor lights that gave everyone a deathly blue-gray pallor, then it was high pressure sodium, and now I'm beginning to see LEDs in some places.

It's crazy how we've lit up the place.
