(535 posts)22. YES, in my suburban area, I cannot afford a $500K home
But I can afford 200K for a condo where I can put up a flag, but not a for-sale sign, an outdoor plant, but not an outdoor Christmas decoration.
I'm not complaining. I have my own home which I own, and inside of which I can do as I wish.
