You know, I was almost okay with giving the last place guy some advantages by giving him the best powerups. Fair enough, he still needs to know how to use the power up well to get back into contention (although the bullet power is seriously over powered). But rubber-banding drives me crazy. I sometimes don't wanna just be good...I want to be "lapping your pathetic ass" good. You should at least have the option to turn it off.
