One is a rape, the other is a consensual sexual relationship. That's an enormous difference. Petreus is an adulter and a cad but other than some public interest being violated or endangered, it's a situation that's the business of the three adults involved. Rape is a crime and is the business of everyone. That's something that should have been learned during the Bill Clinton sex scandal.
