There have been floor model and the dealer/factory taking orders that all went through an FFL (Barrett is not the only one in the 50 BMG rifle business)

Assassination weapons are most likely 22LR caliber handguns. Favorite of hitmen for many years.

When was the last assassination world wide carried out over long range with a rifle?
