since those are not the people doing the shooting 99.9 percent of the time. It seems the goal is to discourage legal gun ownership than actually dealing with violence. If that is the case, then it is a great plan, but don't bother us for more restrictions when it doesn't end nightly shoot outs in Chicago and NOLA.
