21. What was the outcome in that case?

I'm willing to bet that guns left behind in bathroom stalls, by LEOs or otherwise, are fairly rare occurrences, and in the vast majority of cases the firearm is returned to (or recovered by) its red-faced and about-to-face-the-music owner without harm.

It's not something that warrants criminal charges, or new gun control laws or restrictions, IMO...
