I do believe there are some people out there who buy firearms and they have no criminal intent. If they lived in another state they'd be perfectly legal. However due to draconian state laws they choose to be able to protect their family rather than let the crime technicians be responsible for the post-mortem reports. Hidden criminals my ass, they're people who've had their civil rights stolen from them. ie: NYC and Chicago.
