39. My son turns 8 tomorrow

he's a pretty amazing shot with the long gun and darned good with the pistol. Of course he's been running around shooting BB guns for a few years now so he has a little better understanding of open sights.

My 10yo daughter on the other hand just started showing real interest in target shooting. She needs much more practice but has little interest in "training" for her it's all about the fun of just shooting. She doesn't have "time" to worry about groups. LOL
