15. That's the nice thing about competitive firearm shooting.

Besides, when I see a gun range, a big portion of shooters are grossly out of shape, physically and in some cases...... mentally.

The nice thing about competitive shooting is you don't have to be an athlete in the traditional sense of the word in order to be a great competitor. As long as you've got your eyesight, a disciplined mind and good motor control, you can compete.

And of course another nice thing about firearms is that when it comes to self-defense, this same benefit applies there, as well. You can be out of shape, or confined to a wheelchair or a walker and still wield the means to effectively defend yourself against the most fit violent criminal.
