So are all the Federally licensed and controlled FFLs supposed to refuse to sell guns to African American customers now, based on Nutters concerns? Or just the White FFLs?

Or are they supposed to make them sign their 4473 in blood and take an oath that they won't resell the gun to any African Americans?

It's very confusing in Philadelphia.
