Judge Legg consistently puts his Republican political agenda before the prevailing facts and law. A contributor to the first President Bush, Legg has almost always ruled against civil rights litigants, sought to gut the Americans with Disabilitys Act, and insisted that police officers shouldn't be burdened with the requirment to allow arrested parties to arrange for the safe transportation of their vehicles, contrary to well-established case law. He simply ignores fundamental due process rights, like the right of aggrieved parties to a hearing when the government deprives thems of rights. He either doesn't bother to read briefs or willfully defames parties by misstating their causes of actions, case disposition, or other key elements of the case. And he degrades the integrity of his profession by refusing to correct any of his mistakes, no matter how publicly obvious they are. Right-wing bigots like Judge Legg do a great disservice to our system of justice.
Snork. And somebody sure struck the jackpot when they got him for this case.

Regardless of your blatant misinterpretation, MY state has no such clause to misinterpret.

The second half was aimed, quite obviously, at individuals and corporations building

I'm not sure if we're speaking the same language, or if you are being intentionally obtuse.

That's because all it takes is one example to demonstrate the hole in your arguement.

I'm not going to slog through this. I reject the entire premise of "collective rights".

There is nothing that the people as a whole can do that a single person cannot do.

You're almost there. What ACTIONS do individuals have the RIGHT to do.

Nope, still no actions listed that the public can undertake that individuals cannot.

I made the mistake of checking in latest threads instead of the forum - lesson learned. Sorry again
