The attacker who is executing a plan made in advance, or the defender who is reacting to an unknown threat?

Whose marksmanship will be less degraded by stress?

Which one will be more capable of manipulating restricted-capacity magazines?

Which one is more likely to have practiced fast reloads in the immediate future?

Which one is more likely to possess banned magazines?

Which one is more likely to possess multiple firearms?

Who receives a greater advantage from a 7rd limit?

Anybody have an answer?

you tell 'em, jpak. Tuesday Afternoon Jan 2013 #1
