I think owner told me its about 100 years old. He and his family have owned the property for some time, 60 acres I think, corn growing on much of it. Has been rented to current tenants for 9 years. (I should say former tenants, as they were supposed to be out today!) Owner lived in it before that; has 16-year-old triplets, and they lived in it for 5 years, then moved a 'big' house onto the property from elsewhere nearby and have lived there (and in DC,) since.

Owner has a small airplane hangar, and a plane: http://www.city-data.com/airports/Mears-Creek-Airfield-Airport-Lusby-Maryland.html

REALLY small world! Tell me about your summers!!! And VISIT!

1 bathroom at top of very narrow stairs???!!!
