9. Cut them in bite sized pieces, nuke uncovered for 5 minutes with a lil butter and a lil cream, s & p

At the end of the first five, take it out and stir it, coating the butter/cream mixture onto all of the cauliflower. Nuke it again *UNCOVERED* for like 4.5 - 5 minutes again and puree it with some sharp irish cheese (I use dubliner).

It's like mashed potatoes. I'm serious.
