4. Sorghum in general is good food, in moderation, and that brand Maasdams is especially luscious.

Sorghum also has phorsphorus and maybe magnesium(?) selenium (?) and iron and other minerals.

Ginger-root is good for troubled stomachs and I think cinnamon too.
