It's so frustrating because my diet isn't that bad. I get lots of fruits and veggies. I rarely eat processed food. And I do walk a lot. Many people eat worse and exercise less than I do and do not have a weight problem.
But, I do tend to binge eat when I'm alone and it's a big struggle to resist.
I think my main issue is stress.
But thanks so much for your support. And keep at it yourself. It's okay to be doing week one again. It's not the falling off - it's what you do after you fall off.
