3. I might be wrong but I believe folks w. stents for 'stable' cardiovascular disease...

... generally are supposed to keep taking the usual meds.

Unless I'm reading the article wrong.

If they can't tolerate the meds... than stenting is a no-brainer.

Or - obviously - if there's a life-threatening blockage, you do the stent.
