And it's intended to be that way.

Thousands of rockets fall into Israel over the years and it's rarely reported outside of Israel. That issue is never raised at the UN except by Israel's Ambassador and a couple of NGO's.

The best example is when the killing of the ISM bigot, Vittorio Arrigoni, got non-stop worldwide sympathetic media coverage. Within 3 days, Daniel Viflic was killed in a school bus that was hit by a Hamas anti-tank missile. Far more people know of Arrigoni than Viflic. The reason is that Viflic's death received barely any media coverage outside Israel (the Guardian never reported it while the NYT made a passing reference to it in an article about the Fogel family murderers.

Bear in mind, no other nation has as many foreign journalists per capita than Israel, and rather than report on Viflic they felt it was a better idea to beatify a bigoted Hamas cheerleader like Arrigoni.

The outside world could be forgiven for not knowing what Israelis are facing.
