Jan 2013

1. It is a fact that UNGA resolutions like 194 are recommendations, non-binding, and not International Law.

2. That European court decision establishes precedent showing that neither Greek Cypriots or Palestinians have automatic, unqualified RoR to their ancestral land.

No one has spun it in any direction, have they, oberliner? Jefferson23 Jan 2013 #91
That is absolutely false... shaayecanaan Jan 2013 #93
It is categorically and demonstrably true oberliner Jan 2013 #94
Are you alleging that the Palestine Papers are fake? shaayecanaan Jan 2013 #95
You're citing Jonathan Cook (fan of the neo-nazi Gilad Atzmon) WRT a 2001 video... shira Jan 2013 #55
I'm not sure how you can keep spinning fiction and believe R. Daneel Olivaw Jan 2013 #87
Yup. aquart Jan 2013 #3
Yeah, most people don't give up their rights Scootaloo Jan 2013 #8
Which Right? RoR? There is no such right. And neither the PLO or Hamas has the right.... shira Jan 2013 #10
LEGAL ASPECTS OF THE RIGHT TO RETURN Jefferson23 Jan 2013 #12
UNGA resolutions are non-binding recommendations. Got anything else? shira Jan 2013 #16
Got anything else?? You'd first need to accomplish some line of legal consensus. Jefferson23 Jan 2013 #28
There are 2 things you missed from my last post to you.... shira Jan 2013 #29
Not International law, eh? You not only do not read, you do not comprehend. Jefferson23 Jan 2013 #36

"Under international law." R. Daneel Olivaw Jan 2013 #46
Does International Law apply to the Cyprus situation? Yes or No? shira Jan 2013 #57
That's a rather narrow brush question for such a multi-part answer. R. Daneel Olivaw Jan 2013 #88
I only used the OP to point to the case. I have no idea why International Law.... shira Jan 2013 #54
You have no idea what you're talking about period..your choice Jefferson23 Jan 2013 #59
You've been playing games & deflecting for many posts now... shira Jan 2013 #61
Deflect from what? Your OP, that you have no clue as say what he means but you posted it regardless. Jefferson23 Jan 2013 #64
You're deflecting from the ECHR decision against Greek Cypriot RoR. shira Jan 2013 #65
I've done no such thing. How is it applicable to Jefferson23 Jan 2013 #66
The ruling goes to show there is no such thing as absolute, unqualified RoR. shira Jan 2013 #68
Holy shit, you write this with delusions of grandure. Jefferson23 Jan 2013 #70
The Greeks weren't the aggressor when the Turks invaded Cyprus & ethnically cleansed them shira Jan 2013 #73

Your constant editing..your OP does not explain nor do you Jefferson23 Jan 2013 #67
You misunderstand. The ruling shows there is no guarantee of unqualified, absolute RoR. shira Jan 2013 #69
I know what the ruling said. YOU claim it supports your statement Jefferson23 Jan 2013 #71
Then you'd know the ruling says you're wrong about RoR. n/t shira Jan 2013 #80
The ruling does not support your blanket claim. The issue should be resolved Jefferson23 Jan 2013 #90
