This is what we should have had for the water year so far:

Oct 2.18
Nov 4.03
Dec 4.67

=10.88


Actual totals this year:

Oct 1.97
Nov 1.18
Dec 0.08

=3.23

Note well that almost 2/3 of the rain so far this year was in October.
