The reason I asked about int'l exposure is just in case the low-hanging fruit doesn't look as good as it did from a distance. But having worked in the business it sounds like you know how to take advantage of that as needed.

You mentioned his not setting a price yet. It is hard for people to let go of a business, as it can come to define their very personality. I hope he figures out the advantage of selling it to you.
