* U.S. SELLS $13 BLN 29-YEAR 11-MONTH BONDS AT HIGH YIELD 2.896 PCT, AWARDS 70.84 PCT OF BIDS AT HIGH
Good auction...send MBS pricing up a few ticks and dropped 10yr bond yields about .5bps
