I just read that things were not to bad in the Washingron area, relatively speaking. I am now looking at pictures from NYC where I lived for many years, and I can't belive my eyes http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-201_162-57542285/sandy-leaves-nyc-dark-and-deluged/

PS: did you post at such an ungodly hour because of the storm or are you an even earlier riser than I am?
