So far he hasn't moved far from the hideous position the US Presidents have taken forever regarding every country south of the U.S. border which has rejected a fascist leader.

As regional, interrelated solidarity grows in the Americas, the combined energy and strength may become the true protection from relentless efforts to dominate by powers outside their own borders.

Time for the New World to become the humane world.
