1. Ocpacu, this looks like an article they might keep in LBN, if you cross-post it there.

I'm certain there are a lot of progressives who'd love to see it who might not otherwise, as not everyone has learned we have a ton of great new information in the Latin American forum.

It's wonderful getting to learn this has happened, and so quickly, too.

Thank you for posting it here.
