With the housing market flat on its back they decided to add a $15 monthly fee on home loans. The math suggests this will be added to existing loans, many of which are currently in arrears. The payroll tax extention is only 2 months but this new fee looks to be for the full year. Maybe we will have better details on this soon, but this sure looks like a step backwards.
