The figures are insanely high:

35 Human Trafficking 3,160,463 83.2% YES 638,468 16.8% NO

http://vote.sos.ca.gov/returns/ballot-measures/

Even the absentee ballots couldn't affect this. Remember that lots of California ballots were sent in by mail and it may take several days or more to count them all.
