10. Medicare Part E for everyone! Even if we don't call it that.

I agree with you to keep some of the co-ops. A couple of privately run exchanges would be the perfect answer to those who believe the private sector can do everything better. Fine, let 'em, but if they fuck over people, there would be Medicare Part E.
