What specific gripes do you have with U-Verse? I am genuinely curious.

We've been waiting for it to come available in our neighborhood because it would be far less expensive than our current cable company "bundle." See, my wife works for AT & T and so would get that lovely employee discount.

But if it's shit, then I'd like to know before I burn a bridge, so to speak.
