11. There's an evil irony in the story

MedicalAdmin had to go without care because of a lack of health insurance. That's a horrible and all-too-common condition.

But before then, the care was not available because of TOO MUCH health insurance, enabling the various insurance companies to deny coverage, pointing at the other companies.

Both conditions are excellent arguments for a single-payer system. If only we could stop the insurance companies from corrupting our representatives.

Med Admin can have all the vibes I got, but they're no substitute for actual medical care. Alas.
