13. I need 8 hours too.

The closer I get to 8 hours, the more I feel at ease. There are some good tips in the 20, but not all are for everyone, and not all work all the time. I don't own a scale..I can tell how much I weigh approximately, by my belt size and how pants fit. Most of us, if we are honest know by how clothes fit, as to wheather or not we are gaining, losing or staying the same..
