There is a Dutch-born model named Doutzen Kroes who (before the fashion industry started trending away from waifs) lost a lot of jobs because she was too big for the samples. Ms. Kroes is size 6.

To you and I the lady in the OP is a normal-bodied beautiful woman. To the maniacs in the fashion industry, she's huge.
