(14,400 posts)76. If he's not 7 feet tall
he's close to it, the man dwarfed both my brother and I. I'm 6'1" and my brother is around 6'3".
They were all great guys. At that time they weren't hugely famous, at least not in Canada so they weren't too worried about being mobbed. We talked about their trip through Canada and how much they were enjoying it, then when they had to get going they gave us a "tour" of the tour bus and surprised us with the free swag.
Every now and then I still wish I had of asked them if they needed a part time roadie for the rest of the tour.

I saw DVD in a parking lot one time. He was on foot and had to wait for our car to go by.

I was at an Italian restaurant in New York last year. A mere 3 tables from where I was - Wayne Gretzky.

Wow - Garrett seems like such a neat person. Isn't he something like 7 feet tall?
