37. Chicago has smaller chains that are both cheaper and better though.

I remember there was a chain called something like Papa Romeo's which was dirt-cheap, but way better that Papa John's, Pizza Hut, etc. We ordered from there all the time in college, since it was rare that we could afford something like Giordano's.
