37. You make it fresh? Becauce if it isn't made and served still warm it isn't really fresh!

When you slice incredibly soft, warm mozzarella the cream oozes out of it. On the very best semolina bread with thick, salted slices of Jersey tomatoes and whole, fresh basil leaves it's orgasmic. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and grind on Telecherry black pepper corns and it's a masterpiece!
