18. 48 hours in, so far it seems better the second time.

 

I am wondering if duration of smoking influences the feelings. The first time seemed much more intense but I was quitting after decades of smoking, this time it is a few months.

I am still trying to rationalize with my "addict self" why it wouldn't be "too bad" just to buy one more pack......LOL I am such a degenerate nicotine addict.

I am glad I am not around any people, particularly smokers. It woud be very difficult to resist.....
