8. Plant based whole foods, low fat

I gave up all animal protein Feb. 1 and I've lost 26 lbs. so far. Weekly losses are 1-2lbs.

I eat all I want and haven't started a workout plan yet.

My energy level has skyrocketed. My aches and pains are pretty much gone. It's amazing how eating the right things can have such a profound effect on our bodies.
