What I dont see people mention much is the fact that almost all of us watched this on a Black and White tv! I had only seen one color tv so far in my life by this night. And most of us watched this on the ONLY tv in the house. I didnt know anyone who had two tv's!!!!
The kids of today could not relate to how it was just 49 years ago!

I was only 5 yrs old 49 yrs ago. But when I was 7 or 8 Santa brought me a Beatles sweatshirt :)

Yes, yes. I was 12 too, and 2 girlfriends came to spend the night and watch Beatles with me.
