4. A New economic system and society to start in less than 3 months

I say that many willing and competent people ought to get together on the web to draft a defined proposal that works, and then take it to their governments to be put in place ASAP. But that will require indeed some kind of bulk planning and current numbers. It should include people from accross the spectrum of societies and cultures. Otherwise nothing useful will happen.

If 'none of the implemented solutions' the current system is a different one. Be it by rules or by concept. If so, then nothing will work, so that has to be clarified at the working table to fix this problem
