7. Who Would Have Thought That Dems Would Pick Up 2 Senate Seats
Given the extremely tough landscape they faced.
Well, with the help of Realclearpolitics and some reading between the lines in Montana and North Dakota (where I differed from Realclearpolitics), I got every Senate race right. While this isn't an exact prediction from October 25th it shows me alerting that Montana and North Dakota, which nobody was really paying attention to where very much in play. http://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=view_post&forum=1014&pid=280223
The race I was most anxious about was actually Wisconsin where I was unsure whether to believe the polls considering an openly gay person was running. Wisconsin made me proud.
Redistricting (Gerrymandering) saved Republicans in the House but demographic changes could come back and haunt Republicans in future elections.
