83. Looks like a handkerchief. But the behavior with it is weird. And, you can write on handkerchiefs.

If I saw a student pulling that odd behavior with a handkerchief during an exam I'd have the check the damned thing. Could be nothing, but it very much is odd that the first thing he does is pulls it from his pocket, unless he's a germ freak and he didn't want to touch the podium or some such oddity.
