along with other states with high poverty- W. Virginia, S. Carolina, Alabama.... Their legislators should be ecstatic that they can free up some resources to fund more corporate welfare, hunting grounds, or whatever they want to spend money on. unfortunately, they would probably want to fund more fake pregnancy crisis centers.
