(117,949 posts)of assault following an altercation on the church grounds, when his son and his son's boyfriend tried to attend church services, now faces a charge of theft. The new allegations that have surfaced against Jerry Pittman, pastor of Grace Fellowship Church in Fruitland, charge him with theft over $1,000. In an arrest warrant filed in Trenton Municipal Court, Pittman's wife, Diana Pittman, states that her employees told her that Pittman went into her business, Trenton Truck Terminal Warehouse where he once was employed, and took copper. She also stated in the warrant that other witnesses have seen Pittman on several occasions going and coming from the business. All parties involved in the ruckus were arraigned Tuesday, October 4, and preliminary hearing is set for November 22, 1 p.m. in Gibson County General Sessions Court in Trenton.
